What are the customised services offered by Laundrybus?
We provide a customised based on
- Fabric - Cotton, Silk, leather, linen, etc
- Starching - You can request for the level of starching needed
- Dyeing - You can choose to dye your garment in case of damage due to stains or based on your choice
- Hanger / folded - You can choose between receiving your cleaned garments in a hanger or folded based on your requirement.
- Satin removal/dyeing based on fabric type and its characteristics and conditions
- Darning/mending of damaged clothes - like jeans, Silk saree etc. We also do a lining if required while mending the clothes.
Customised washing for clothes based on their nature ( if the colour bleeds, we will wash separately).
How Do I Schedule a Pickup?

We are open from 9 am to 7 pm.
Cut off time for next day delivery is 4 pm.

Can I request a specific time for pickup and delivery of my clothes for ironing?
Yes. you can request pick and delivery anytime between 9 am to 7 pm.
Is there a minimum order quantity for laundry services?
For wash and fold/wash and iron: Minimum of 4kg is only accepted.
For other services, it is by piece. You can even give a single item for dry cleaning. Delivery/pick up charges will be applicable
What are your turnaround times?
For Regular - wash and iron/wash and fold services - 24 - 48 hours
For Regular Dry cleaning - 24 - 48 hours
For Express service - Wash and Fold / Wash and Iron services in 3 hours
For Express Dry Cleaning - 12 hours
What are the charges for express service?
Express service will be 50% more than the regular laundry charges. Please refer to our price list for more details.
Does your dry cleaning service mix my clothes with other people's clothes?
We exclusively offer custom dry cleaning services for the garments of our customers. We never mix your laundry with any other customer’s clothing.
What Happens If Clothes in My Wash Order Are Damaged?
If the clothes within your wash order are damaged, we will do our best to compensate you as per our terms and conditions.
There are some conditions that may render it impossible to do so. The following conditions will not be considered damage: human error, fading, tearing, shrinking, shrinking, pilling, poor dyeing, poor finishing. If these or other damage conditions are present, we will not take responsibility for this damage.

How much do my clothes weigh?
You can check the exact weight of your laundry at our centres. For an approximate idea: 4 kg of laundry be 9 pairs of shirts and pants with undergarments.
What chemicals and detergents do you use?
Imported detergents that are safe for use of garments as well as your skin.
